If you use facebook with AdBlock Plus, you may notice that there is still that pesky column of ads on the right. A simple yet effective fix is to add this to your custom filters of adblock:
facebook.com#*(class*=adcolumn)Voila! The ads are gone!

Hey! There isn’t really any good AdBlock for IE. Potentially there may be one for IE8 (coming soon) but this is one of Internet Explorer’s many downsides. I highly recommend Mozilla’s Firefox (http://www.getfirefox.com) which is much more secure and features many useful plugins including AdBlock. Great to hear from you!
